Ipmawan/ipmawati pengurus baru dilantik langsung oleh Ketua Pimpinan Daerah IPM, Muhammad Cahyo Saputro. Prosesi pelantikan digelar di halaman utama SMP Dimsa disaksikan oleh seluruh santri dan asatidzh.
Pelantikan PR IPM periode 2022/2023 ini menjadi simbol usainya masa jabatan PR IPM lama dan digantikan dengan anggota baru. Prosesi pelantikan tersebut ditandai dengan adanya ikrar pengurus IPM dilanjutkan penyerahan identitas IPM berupa almamater oleh ketua lama kepada ketua baru yaitu Tito Ata Rohman dan Khoirunnisa Ramadhani, yang didampingi oleh sekretaris dan bendahara baru. Pemindahan identitas IPM tersebut secara simbolik mewakili 9 divisi dalam struktur organisasi IPM baru.

Pesan tersebut menjadi penting untuk diterapkan dengan sungguh oleh seluruh anggota pengurus IPM baru.
Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) adalah organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah yang merupakan gerakan Islam, dakwah amar ma’ruf nahi munkar di kalangan pelajar, berakidah Islam dan bersumber pada Al-Qur’an dan Al-Sunnah. SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen turut berperan serta mempersembahkan kader-kader pelajar Muhammadiyah melalui organisasi ini. Seiring berjalannya waktu, pelajar Muhammadiyah telah berjuang memberikan sumbangsih dan kontribusi terbaiknya bagi umat muslim muhammadiyah.
Berasaskan lambang segi lima berbentuk pena yang berwarna hijau, mereka tebarkan keabadian dan keilahian.
